CLOSE TO 45 YEARS AGO A STATE FARM AGENT SOME ME AN INSURANCE POLICE FOR $74,000 TO PAY $25 A MONTH AND TOLD ME IT WILL NEVER GO UP AS LONG AS I LIVE (sorry for the caps). Well it went up to $35, then $45, and now $88. I was not sure how to file a complaint, and called the agent. He is Joe Morreale in Elk Grove Village IL. I just got another letter from State Farm saying that if I do not raise my rates it will lapse. The agent used to be a friend and even listed a home with me while I was in Real Estate. He had his office in the same building as my Century 21. Am I stuck, or is there something that can be done?
