Starting in March of this year, I filed paperwork relative to the death of my Aunt, under her insurance policy. Since that date I have had nothing but grief from the many customer representatives that I have had the most Un-pleasure to speak with. Ever person seemed to not have a clue what was needed. The death of my last remaining aunt – sisters brother to my mother had been prearranged with all having the same insurance policy’s purchased from the same long time agent to the family. Nothing was different from each when it came time to file for the the benefits.
Today I spoke with the most inept disrespectful stupid rep, who not only did not know her job, but advised me that the policy was no longer valid having been paid out 20 years ago. She then went on to advise that everyone else who had advised me to send in documents were wrong.
I was further advised that I could not speak to a supervisor above her (none available) and that claims does not take phone calls. Amazing!!!
The death of my aunt was 1/1/2019, it now 6/18/19 ???? I am unable to pay off any of her mounting bills due to this insanity, and have forwarded this to my Attorney for his recommendation

I am having almost the same experience; except after my husband died I am attempting to get them to pay out on his 401k. I am listed as beneficiary. I have the proper documentation showing this. Rude and get the run around and told same thing could not speak with supervisor . I have called and emailed. No response to emails. My husband passed away in June of this year and they won’t tell me anything or provide any information. Constant run around if respond at all.

I am writing asking for an investigation for the life insurance policy for Linda Ferrone – Zastudil. Linda passed away January 25th. It is believed that a receptionist from Eagle Medical Services forged and cashed in an insurance policy for ten thousand dollars. John Zastudil was originally the beneficiary, We were told that this had been changed to the nursing home she resided in, but the nursing home said the policy was cashed out by Alicia. Alicia also forged paperwork for Linda’s car and other assets.
