Allianz Customer Service Problems
One of the biggest challenges, and frustrations of dealing with Allianz is when you need to file a claim. Their communication is terrible. In most instances you only get to speak with a customer service representative who is reading a computer screen and seems to never know anything about your actual claim. It’s maddening.
We’ve also been contacted by claimants who have been subjected to extremely invasive interviews during the claims process. These interviews are almost never necessary for a claimant to submit to and are nothing more than a way for Allianz to deny death claims. The interviewer is NOT an employee of Allianz and their sole mission is to get a claimant to divulge some information that Allianz can use against them. Never go into one of these interviews without representation.
